Villa kwekerij Veelzorg

Project

Custom house between the bulb fields

The complex of Kwekerij Veelzorg is situated in a beautiful location amidst the flower bulb fields near Hillegom. Since its foundation in 1822, the nursery has gone through various stages, which can be seen from the buildings that can still be found on the grounds in their original state. The whole complex shows the history of flower bulb culture, which has been decisive for the development of Hillegom and the Bulb Region since the second half of the 19th century.

On the edge of the site there are new plots for detached houses. Within the image quality plan of this project a large house has been designed with an optimal price-quality ratio. With attention for spaciousness, subtly different materialization and refined detailing, a custom villa has been realized for the price of a catalog house. In addition to the design development and building request, the contractor was selected, price negotiations were conducted and the plan was made ready for implementation.
