Our system collects your personal information when you use our services. However, we will only store and use the personal information that you have provided explicitly regarding a specific requested service. The collected personal data includes at most the name, address, telephone number and e-mail.

Contact Form
When you fill out the contact form on our website to subscribe to our newsletter or send an e-mail to one of our contact persons, your personal data will be collected and stored for as long as necessary. However, we will not publish your personal information. We confirm that we do not pass on the information to third parties except Google Analytics and MailChimp.

Google Analytics
The website of Bim&Beyond uses Google Analytics cookies. That is why we have entered into a data processing agreement with Google. Regarding your privacy, the eight last characters of your IP address are invisible and we do not share your information with other services connected to Google.

MailChimp
Bim&Beyond uses MailChimp to send her newsletter. We have a data processing agreement with MailChimp. Our forms and segments in MailChimp are set up correctly and all our new contacts will be asked for their explicit consent to our marketing. All existing contacts receive an e-mail to update their settings and agree with the new privacy conditions.

Some buttons for social media can be found on our website. Please note that the administrators of these providers collect your personal information.

Our information systems and programs are well protected. We take all appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse and unauthorized access to your personal data.
