Pippi Langkous' house restored to its former glory
The Vechthoeve, locally also known as the Pippi Langkoushuis, had to be moved because of the widening of the A1 motorway. Once moved, inspections were carried out and inventoried on wood rot. The building was elaborated in Revit and the necessary interventions were incorporated in the BIM model for the renovation. The building will be used as a restaurant.
