The building has been completely fitted out according to Allianz’s wishes. The result: a modern and multifunctional office and an improved condition level to level 3 of the office building. We have created the Building Information Model for the Allianz tower. The final design (DO), construction drawings, fit-out drawings and MEP coördination.

The building has been given a fresh look with a contemporary entrance fitted with a marble floor and custom-made fixed furniture. All floors have been rearranged with office spaces and office gardens and offer an attractive working atmosphere. Due to the adjustments to the various installations, a favorable working environment has been realized.
