Zeilerboulevard

Zeilerboulevard is a unique case in our portfolio. No BIM models, no technical elaboration and yet a project we are proud of. It concerns a luxury private residence in the dunes, with a view of the sea, which has been radically renovated and extended into a high-quality and comfortable place to live.

The client came to us with a clear request for help: the building process had become bogged down by inadequate management and unclear contracting. Our role was to get this process back on track and to ensure that the execution proceeded professionally and smoothly after all.

At Zeilerboulevard, we acted as an independent consultant and project manager on behalf of the client. We took charge of construction meetings, resolved technical and communication bottlenecks and ensured that the contractor stayed on the right course.

We also provided integrated advice on installations and building technology, with the aim of making the house smarter, more efficient and more sustainable. We also supervised the contract formation, which was initially not properly documented.

The result: a completely renovated, high-quality house that meets all expectations.
