SEM Hoofddorp

SEM is an ambitious new-build project in the centre of Hoofddorp, located on Nieuweweg, between Kruisweg and Raadhuisplein. This site, formerly known as the Aprisco site, will be transformed into an iconic residential and commercial complex.
SEM will house 280 modern flats and 1,360 m² of commercial space, including several catering outlets.
