Intellian

Intellian, a global player in advanced antenna systems for maritime, aerospace and government sectors, chooses new headquarters at Business Park Zestienhoven. The location offers a strategic advantage: direct connections via Rotterdam-The Hague Airport and quick access to major cities and arterial roads.

The design, realised by ConverseArchitects, combines functionality with a strong focus on sustainability. With an exceptionally high GPR score, the building offers not only energy efficiency, but also broader sustainability insights according to the Dutch GPR methodology.

For this project, we took care of the complete elaboration of the finishing, including the coordination with the installations, in a short period of time. The contractor was facing a planning problem due to delayed execution-ready design drawings, while the delivery was fixed. By acting quickly and working closely with all parties involved, we ensured that execution could go ahead without further delay.
