SEM Hoofddorp: waar ontwerp en uitvoering naadloos samenkomen

The bricklaying work at SEM in Hoofddorp is in full swing! From determining the layout to the preparation, ensuring all coloured bricks are positioned according to the plans, and coordinating with the prefabricated elements. You can now see the results on site. What makes this project particularly special is that not only has the design been worked out in detail, but production is also being managed based on our drawings and models. Take a close look at the brickwork and the joints. It looks really neat! The bricklayers told us they hardly had to ‘think’ at all, because every brick’s position had been clearly worked out.

The handover of SEM is scheduled for the end of 2027.
